VIKASANA (The Institute)

Institute for incoming club officers Vikasana (the evolvement) was held at the Aurobindo first grade college on 5th June. District Chairman Elect Vinutha Harish welcomed everyone present and elaborated on the purpose of the meet. She shared about the theme for the year Work Wonders and the focus area given by the Association as ‘We care’.
She said it was important for the club officers to be attentive, interactive as well as learn to enrich their knowledge about the working of Inner Wheel. The faculty of the Institute were District Advisor, Past Association President Shailaja Bhat, District Constitution and Credential Committee Chairman Past District Chairman Meena Amblee. Past Association Treasurer Roopa Surendranath,
Past District Chairmen Shobana Ramesh, Amutha Suresh, Suma Ravi and Padmini Nagachandra conducted the training sessions.

A separate session was conducted for all the club officers by the respective Past District Chairmen. After the session few Club Presidents shared their experience about their learning at the Institute.
