Our District Chairman (Elect) Veena Niranjan had the opportunity to attend the Incoming Chairman’s Institute “SAADHYA” at Coimbatore on 9th, 10th and 11th April 2021. The efforts put in by Incoming Association President and the Host District 320 them under one roof in these critical times was commendable.

“Well begun is half done!! It was a wonderful start to our Inner Wheel year 2021-22. “SAADHYA” – A journey of new aspirations, hope and accomplishments. The pandemic has taught us to appreciate everything , and we were blessed to attend a physical meet. Zoom facility was also arranged for those who could not attend it physically.” emphasizes Veena.

It was enriching ,enlightening and educative.training and inputs from Incoming Association President Saroj Katiyar and many other leaders, through their excellent sessions, gave them the clarity to transform their vision into reality. Many topics like – Effective Leadership, Roles of District and Club officers, Team building, Goal setting, Membership growth and retention, Finance, Balloting, New Club formation, IT Returns at all levels, Payment of dues, Proposals etc.were covered.

The Goals for 2021-22 (SHEROES ) and the Key focus Points were explained. Enabling women entrepreneurs , one of the prime focus areas, was explained in detail. Eradication of social evils , hazards of tobacco and drug consumption, its awareness and prevention was explained in detail. Spreading the wings of Inner Wheel with branding and adding New Gen clubs was emphasized on. The videos portraying the upcoming Zonal Meets and the Triennial Conference were played.

They experienced a wonderful camaraderie and training, which has energized and motivated us .
It was warm hospitality and an event organised to perfection by District 320.
